Hello, I'm Sarah and I'd like to warmly welcome you to my website.
I am an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist offering private therapy to individuals and couples over the age of 18.
Therapy is an opportunity for you to have the time and a safe, confidential space to explore your life, yourself and any issues which you feel are causing you concern or distress.
It can help with a wide range of issues such as: bereavement, anxiety, depression, panic, pain & chronic health conditions, stress, family & relationship issues, addictions, phobias and many more.
